How long does it take to edit an episode?
I can only give an estimate depending on the complexity of the edit itself, including whether the episode has multiple speakers, requires trimming of speech, removal of background noise, ad breaks or music requirements.
Typical professional editing standards are:
- 15 minute episode, 1-2 hours.
- 30 minute episode, 2-4 hours
- 60 minute episode, 6-8 hours
What turnaround can I expect?
I have a minimum turnaround of 3 days, which can increase depending on your requirements and need for further edits.
What’s your fee?
My nominal fee is £25 per hour, or I can quote per project, depending on the length and complexity of the episodes. Please contact me for more information.
What are your payment terms?
Deposit required for a minimum 2 hours work, followed by a monthly invoice.
